3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all materials, trademarks, and information provided to Bloom Studio do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

4. Creator Collaborations

Bloom Studio may collaborate with independent creators to produce content for client campaigns.

Creators are independent collaborators and are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising disclosure requirements.

5. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bloom Studio retains ownership of all creative concepts, drafts, and unused materials.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered content for marketing purposes as specified in the project agreement.

Any extended usage rights, licensing duration, paid advertising rights, or exclusivity must be agreed upon in writing prior to content delivery.

Bloom Studio reserves the right to display produced content for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in project proposals or invoices.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments must be made in full before final content delivery.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

7. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project scope and creator availability.

Bloom Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates in cases of circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of content or services provided.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that content complies with advertising regulations, platform guidelines, and local laws before publishing.

10. Third Party Platforms

Content produced by Bloom Studio may be used on third party platforms such as social media platforms or advertising networks.

Bloom Studio is not responsible for changes in platform algorithms, policies, or performance outcomes related to such platforms.

11. Website Use

Users of the Bloom Studio website agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

All website content including text, images, and branding is protected by intellectual property laws.
