Creator Terms

  1. Introduction

These Creator Terms govern the relationship between Bloom Studio and creators who collaborate with us to produce content for brands.

Bloom Studio is a brand operated by Yadmo Creatives UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By applying to or collaborating with Bloom Studio, creators agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Creator Eligibility

Creators collaborating with Bloom Studio must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate personal and social media information
• Comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations
• Follow platform guidelines of the social media platforms used

Bloom Studio reserves the right to accept or decline creator applications at its discretion.

  1. Nature of Collaboration

Creators collaborate with Bloom Studio as independent collaborators and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the company.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship.

Creators are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.

  1. Content Creation

Creators may be asked to produce content including but not limited to:

• UGC video content
• Product demonstrations
• Lifestyle content
• Social media advertisements

Creators agree to follow the campaign brief, brand guidelines, and project instructions provided by Bloom Studio.

  1. Content Ownership and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed, creators grant Bloom Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense the content created for brand campaigns.

This license allows Bloom Studio to provide the content to its clients for marketing, advertising, and promotional use.

Creators confirm that the content they produce:

• Is original
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Does not contain copyrighted material without permission

  1. Payment Terms

Compensation for creators will be communicated before the start of each collaboration.

Payment terms may vary depending on the project, but typically:

• Payment is issued after content approval and delivery
• Payments are processed via the method agreed upon with the creator

Bloom Studio reserves the right to withhold payment if content does not meet the agreed brief or quality standards.

  1. Revisions

Creators may be asked to make reasonable revisions to content to align with brand requirements.

Excessive revisions or major changes outside the original brief may require renegotiation.

  1. Deadlines

Creators must deliver content within the agreed timelines.

Failure to meet deadlines without prior communication may result in cancellation of the collaboration.

  1. Content Use by Creators

Creators may include the content they produce in their personal portfolios or social media unless otherwise restricted by campaign agreements.

However, creators may not resell or license the same content to other brands that compete directly with the client during the agreed campaign period.

  1. Confidentiality

Creators may receive confidential information including campaign details, product launches, or marketing strategies.

Creators agree not to disclose or share confidential information without permission from Bloom Studio.

  1. Termination

Bloom Studio reserves the right to terminate a collaboration at any time if a creator violates these terms, fails to meet deadlines, or produces content that does not meet agreed standards.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to creator collaborations.

  1. Changes to Creator Terms

Bloom Studio reserves the right to update these Creator Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

  1. Governing Law

These Creator Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
